D2R United

Privacy Policy

Who this covers

This policy applies to d2ru.com and to the consultant pages hosted on it, including intake forms, link pages, and booking pages. Independent consultants use this platform to run their own practices. When you submit a form on a consultant's page, your information goes to that consultant and to D2R United as the platform operator.

What we collect

  • What you give us. Name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, what you describe as your biggest obstacle, and — if you were referred — who referred you.
  • What your device sends. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the link or ad that brought you here.
  • What you send later. Anything you share by phone, text, or email once a consultant follows up.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, or financial account details through the forms on this site. If a service you sign up for later requires that information, it is collected separately, with your consent, at that time.

How we use it

  • To contact you about the request you submitted.
  • To schedule and hold your consultation.
  • To provide the services you choose to sign up for.
  • To measure which ads and pages actually bring in people we can help.
  • To meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists.

Calls, texts, and email

When you submit a form, you are asking to be contacted, and you agree to receive calls, text messages, and emails from the consultant whose page you used. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, reply HELP for help, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing anything.

Cookies and advertising tools

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. Consultants who advertise may also place the Meta Pixel on their own pages. It records that a page was viewed or a form was submitted, so that consultant can measure their advertising and show ads to people who have visited. A consultant's pixel only ever runs on that consultant's own pages.

You can control ad personalization in your Facebook ad settings, through your browser's cookie controls, or at optout.aboutads.info. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.

Who we share it with

  • The consultant whose page you submitted, and their team.
  • Service providers who run the platform on our behalf — hosting, email and text delivery, scheduling, payment processing, and analytics — each of whom may use it only to perform that service.
  • Regulators or law enforcement, where the law requires it.
  • A successor entity, if the business is sold or reorganized.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are a client and afterward for as long as we need it to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements. You can ask us to delete it sooner, subject to those requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — including, in California, the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Email support@d2ru.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.

Security

The site runs over encrypted connections and access to submitted information is limited to the consultant it belongs to and to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

About results

Consultants on this platform provide credit consulting, funding, business formation, and related services. Results depend on your individual circumstances and are not guaranteed. Nothing on this site is legal or financial advice. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your own credit report yourself, for free, by contacting the credit bureaus directly.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the most recent version, and material changes will be noted here.
